Post Doctors at Emory Atlanta
These were my dads doctors at Emory. We did not find them until late, before then we were going to what I like to call a "G P Neurologist".
These doctors are specialist and really want to find out what can help all of those suffering with these horrible diseases.

This is who diagnosed dads LBD and was trying to help:
Allan Levey, M.D., Ph.D.
The Emory Clinic
Professor of Neurology
Chair, Deparment of Neurology
Below is a link to him at Emory Healthcare.

And for my dads Parkinsons we saw:
Garrett Alexander, M.D., PhD
The Emory Clinic
Professor of Neurology
Below is a link to him at Emory Healthcare.

These Doctors and all of their staff were very helpful!! It does take a long time to get an appointment with them, but they know what they are doing.

I hope that this information can help someone else and I hope that it is allowed to be posted on this board. If not, I am sorry and please delete.

Thank you!

LBDgirl,

Thanks for posting this info. I'm sure it will help someone.

Did the second MD miss the LBD?

And, please share the contact info for the Emory brain bank coordinator!

Thanks,
Robin

The woman who we worked with name is Felicia Flagler. She is also VERY HELPFUL.
