 Exercise
I have a few DVD's, "Exercise Ideas for People Living with Parkinson's disease". A 77 yr old man with Parkinson Disease illustrates exercises for strenght, balance and flexibility. He's very easy to follow, but you can pause the DVD while your LO tries each one. You don't need any equipment but light weights could be used. If anyone is interested, I'd be glad to mail you a copy, while they last. You could send me a private message or email me your address.
Have a good day,
Gerry

I will add that Gerry was kind enough to send me one and we are using it every other day. Although a few of the exercises are beyond my husband's ability, he can do most of them in at least a modified fashion. The gentleman in the film is in very good condition for his age and is an inspiring example. Thanks again, Gerry!

Gerry, please send me your e-mail to mariesmac@verizon.net. I would love to have a copy. My wife has a lot of problems with leaning backwards.
