 Daugher in Illinois
My Introduction: My father was diagnosed 2 years ago and is now 68. I'm the oldest daugher of 4 sibs & Dad lives closest to me. Parents are divorced. Dad is also a polio survivor / paraplegic: so his diagnosis had led to a pretty fast physical decline. Shortly after his diagnosis, he was no longer able to walk. He is now in a skilled nursing facility.

Welcome Rabbit. I hope you like the NH where your dad is and they are taking good care of him. This forum and the chat are great places to make friends and get info. that will be helpful to you as you help your dad navigate this terrible disease. Take care of yourself too! Lynn
